This will be a one week course, 6 days in length, 10 hours of training per day.
Forwarders are used for carrying mats during pipeline construction. The forwarder is also used in the clearing process to carry logs and limbs.
During this course the operator will cover the following:
1. Learn the Basic Controls of the machine.
2. Learn the Basic Maintenance of the machine.
3. Learn how to properly pick up and load mats.
4. Learn how tp properly unload mats.
5. Learn how to properly build a road utilizing mats.
6. Learn how to properly lay down mats along the pipeline ditchline.
7. Learn how to properly stack mats in a lay down yard.
8. Safety.
