All Terrain Crane Set-up & Operations - During this one week course, the student will be entered into a crane yard rental scenario. They will learn safe driving habits along with maneuvering the crane with and without the boom dolly. They will install the counter weights, set-up and configure the crane in the scenario described by the instructor as if on a job site and then perform the scheduled task.
All Terrain Crane Set-up and Operations - Level 2 course will build off the Level 1 class. The class will be given a brief review from Level 1. A/T Level 2 students will properly set up the cranes with full counterweight and jib. The students will learn how to read job site travel charts from the operator’s manual and travel the crane fully dressed with and without jib in many different configurations. Seat time will be plentiful as students will get to operate with the hydraulic offset jibs in many configurations.
Prerequisites: Members must have attended a Level 1 ALL TERRAIN CRANE SETUP and OPERATIONS CLASS at the ITEC in CROSBY, TEXAS
- Members must have a certification/license for large hydraulic crane and CDL license. Certifications/licenses include NCCCO, OECP, Red Seal and New York or Connecticut State License.
