This class is intended for experienced operators, a proficiency test will be given at the start of class. This class will be 6 days in length, consisting of 10 hours of field training daily.
The following task's will be covered:
- How to properly load a stringing trailer
- How to properly skid pipe joints
- How to properly set-up a start joint
- How to properly string pipe along a ditch-line
- How to properly string pipe in a tie-in situation ( creek crossing, road crossing, etc.)
-How to properly position the machine in various scenario's while working on the ROW.
- How to properly string pipe on a hill side.
- All aspects of Stringing pipe shall be covered.
